Where can i download my copy of livecycle designer?

I tried to cancel but was never issued a refund. The card/account used to purchase has since been closed and the bank has no record of a refund issued. So ill just take my product. But where can i download it from?

When you sign in to your adobe account go to manage accounts and then plans and products and then order history, when you click on the order number the order will come up then click on view all downloads.  Good luck.  I have been trying to get mine to install for a week now and keep getting errors.
