Time lag in shared white board if two users are drawing simeltanously

In shared white board,when user1 painting, he squeezes the button and lead the mouse on the drawning board and after that release the button. User2 firstly saw the leading of mouse and he see the line only after user1 release the button.

It want that user2 see the leading of mouse and painting simultaneously.

Please help me...

Hi,

I believe there were some compromises made to improve performance when we implemented the whiteboard feature (Nigel/Arun could give you more details as they know the Whiteboard code inside and out).

So you might see the mouse pointer move before you see the shape drawn on the screen when viewing someone else use the whiteboard.

You could give it a try in ConnectNow (built on top of LCCS) to see if you see the same behavior there (https://www.acrobat.com/main/en/home.html) with the whiteboard pod.
