text flowing up to a footer on 2nd Master Page?

I've got a form with a number of dynamic text fields.  The boxes resize depending on the content and can flow over to the 2nd page. I've added the footer to the 2nd Master Page.  This works great if the boxes only flow to the 2nd page.   However, how can I set a footer to be on the last page - even if the boxes flow down to a third page?

Hi,

You need to reduce the height of the content area on the second Master Page, so that the footer (text) object is beneath the content area.
