Submit PDF via email custom button

I followed the instructions in LiveCycle guide but it is not working completely.  I set up a custom button and followed the instructions for Submitting a pdf via email.  When I click on the submit button, it pulls the pdf into an email  but has left off the email address and the subject. 

The format I used was mailto:address@company.org?subject=blah blah blah.

In the sample, I have placed a normal Button (Not Email Submit) and wrote code in the preSubmit event.

Thanks Srini.  I did not use the email button, I used the "button" button.  I looked at your document, I see that it works but I don't know where you did coding and I am a pretty novel user - I have never done code.

The code is written in the preSubmit event of the button control.

You can see the code by

1) Select the Button Control.

2) Choose Window menu -> Script Editor.

In the sample, I am taking the ToEmail Address, CC Email Address, Subject and Email Message from the user. You can change the code to hard code to a particular email address if you want.
