I've created a form that's stored on a local company server with signature fields, but when my supervisor tries to sign them via VPN access, the document appears signed but then corrupts the whole file (so nobody else can sign it, it can't be saved again, etc. There is an HFT error message after he attempts a signature and then the file reads as "damaged" ever after that, although still viewable and looks correct with the signature (although the signature itself cannot be validated because it is also corrupt).
Anyone have any idea what's going on?
