script apply on multiple page

Hi all,

I am new for the Livecycle.

I have a question as following.

I have a form with 1 page(e.g. page 1) , 1 button (named as "Add" button) and 2 checkbox.

Page 1 containing a simple scripting to control the single selection on the checkbox.

When I click the "Add" button, it will perform add new page to duplicating page 1, thus the 2 checkbox will be displayed on page 2, but the checkbox scripting did not function now.

How can the checkbox still function as like as page 1?

I have done this in my forms .. its working properly for my forms..
