Runtime Error! using livecycle designer ES2

Hello! Just as I was going to try and use Livecycle Designer to import a form fillable PDF I have hit a wall. When importing a pdf (as a template) I run into this error:

runtimeerror.jpg

I have had progress using this program in the past and haven't upgraded. I am using the Adobe Web & Design Premium CS6 package. I am using Windows 7.

Do I need to reinstall Livecycle designer or does anyone know how to fix this so I can use it again?

Thanks,

Laura

Does this happen with every PDF or just with one file?

It´s only happening by one template when i try to get the PDF view ...

I reinstalled already my Livecycle, but there was no change ...

I think the PDF is damaged.

Can you upload it? I can try to recover the XDP data.

Hi,

there is a tool called PDF stream dumper you can use to analyse your PDF's.

If you open your file you'll see streams on the left.

One of those streams contains the XFA template as you may know from the XML source view in Designer.

Copy the stream contents into the xml source of a new blank form.
