Reader Extensions Right Credentials

I'm installing the demo version for livecycle and I don't know where to get the rights credentials.

- Livecycle Reader Extensions ES Rights credential (.pfx or .p12)

- Livecycle Reader Extensions ES Rights credential password

- Name for the configured Rights Credential

Please help...
