Problems with emailing when hidden pages are made visible

I have created a form with a number of hidden pages that will become visible depending on certain check boxes.  The form is approx 24 pages long, but only 6 pages are initially visible.  When a particular service is checked, a new page becomes visible and is completed.  When the form is emailed, the initial 6 pages are all that seem to be submitted via the button function. 

Am I missing an action along with the "Show or Hide an Object" result?

Make sure your form preserve script changes, otherwise it will return to its initial state when you reopen it. You'll find those settings in the form properties dialog.
