I updated acrobat 9.4.1 to 9.4.2 and now my livecycle form does not work in IE8. I am running Vista 64bit( another computer has the same problem and is running Vista 32bit). The form opens in the browser window, but the drop down menu does not work. It is normally populated from an access 2007 database through a ODBC connection.
Other users running acrobat 9.4.1 have no probem accessing the form. This form has been in use for over a year now without any trouble.
However, if I open the form using acrobat 9.4.2 by clicking on the pdf file instead of going through the browser it works, but is opening very slowly. I've played with many of the settings in the preferences to see if they can correct this problem with no promising results.
Interestingly, another user on a WinXp machine can open the 9.4.2 version without any trouble.
Any help would be appreciated,
