Hello:
I created a fillable form in Livecycle, as I've done a number of times before. I made sure to extend the rights in Adobe Acrobat Pro so it could be a fillable/saveable form. All was good initially, but now, 2 months later, the form will not keep any changes made to it. Users fill it out and save it under it as a new file and find it blank when it is re-opened. I tested it on my system, using both Adobe Acrobat Pro and Adobe Reader DC and I can't get it to save either. I've created a number of forms in the past without issues.
The form is a relatively simple Dynamic XML form created in LiveCycle ES Version 8.2.1.3144.1.471865.
I've tried opening it and saving it with both Adobe Acrobat 9 Pro and Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Version 2018.011.20038
We have Windows machines here, so it's not a MAC issue. I also tested another form made about the same time and that one is also having this issue. When I go back and play with some of my older forms (2017), they are saving just fine.
Any ideas what the issue is?
