Optimizing an Adobe XML Form

I have a six page form I am try to optimize with Acrobat X so users can save the information. I have saved the form properties with the "Save Options" showing the embed forms unchecked. This cut down the form size but i am still getting the following erroro message, "This PDF document contains and Adobe XML form. Such files cannot be optimized." Anyone have suggestions on how to fix?

I am using Livecycle Designer ES2 on Win7.

You cannot optimize XFA forms using Acrobat.

You'll have to check your form design in Designer for things that increasing the forms size.

This can be fonts, embedded images etc.
