Can you create a group for OMR check boxes?

For instance you have 2 options A or B select one from the group and that is the value.

I want to then use in a 2d barcode.

Hi,

You can drag a checkbox from the Object Library onto the page. From there you can size and format the checkbox as to how you want it to appear visually on the form.

If A and B are mutually exclusive, then you could use a radio button exclusion group. Normally I would recommend leaving radio buttons as circular elements, but if you need them as squares for scanning, then you can set the radio buttons to "appear" as checkboxes. See the Object > Field palette.

In relation to barcodes, you should appreciate the restrictions if the user has the free Adobe Reader when accessing the form. See the summary here: http://assure.ly/etkFNU.
