Problem Statement:
We have some dynamic tables in a flowed form. Based on XML tag value we need to show and hide one column.
The table data grows to multiple pages with header coming on each page. We are able to apply the show hide logic for all the columns on each page.
But the header text for the column which needs to be hidden is not getting hidden from second page onwards. It becomes invisible and leaves a white space.
Also we are not able to adjust the width of the header columns from second page onwards.
