LiveCycle not showing Word Redlines

We use LiveCycle to publish MS Word, Excel (2007) and other documents into PDF in our PDM system.

However, I'm not seeing Tracked Changes redlines coming through when being converted.

• If I open the document in Word, I see the redlines (normal.dotm).
• If I use Word to print to a "PDF Printer" I see the redlines.
• If I use LiveCycle to convert the document I don't see redlines.
• If I right-Click the Word Document and "Convert to PDF", I don't see the redlines.

Yes, I chose the LiveCycle option for "Preserve document markup in Adobe PDF":
