LiveCycle ES2 SP2 (9.0.0.2) is released this week when will be ES2.5 will be released?

If ES2.5 get announced at MAX 2010 is there any value for waiting for ES2.5 rather than allplying SP2 patch to ES2 today?

Does SA is reqired or optional module in ES 2.5? If I donot install SA will that be issue in future updates/upgrades?
