Hi All,
I have a query regarding the increasing GDS storage space of our application built on Adobe LiveCycle ES2.
The job purge scheduler has been configured to purge completed records every week. The scheduler, however, still keeps very older records that were created and not completed by the user and this increases the space in the GDS that rapidly consumes storage disk space.
Is there any way we can identify the process based on GDS folders creaded by adobe, so that we can ask the users to complete his task or we can terminate the process from admin UI if the task if too old. And this can free some space in GDS folder.
Kindly provide a solution for this.
Thanks and Regards,
Chalukya

Hi Vipin,
Thanks for your responce.
But job purge scheduler has been already configured to purge completed records every week.
Is there any way we can identify the process ID based on GDS folders creaded by adobe livecycle, so that we can ask the users to complete his task or we can terminate the process from admin UI if the task is too old. And this can free some space in GDS folder.

Chalukya.

Hi Chalukya,
I believe you are using long-lived process. You can search the process ID from adminui by navigating Home>Services>LiveCycle Pocess Management>Process Search.
Here you can search the process i.e by process status(complete).
