How to customize the Workspace URL

Hi Folks,

how can we have a different URL path cofigured for workspace running on Webshpere.

For example,

http://hostname/ashok instead of http://hostname/workspace.

Kindly help me out

I think you can do that by changing your Application Name (the ear file that you deployed with workspace name) or redeploy it with a new Application name  in WebSphere Admin console.

You can change the display name and URL from the web.xml file. For details, see the Configure advanced deployment settings section on page 29 at http://help.adobe.com/en_US/livecycle/10.0/customizeworkspaceui.pdf.
