How to apply XSLT transformation to out going data

Hello All,

I am using an xml to embed the data into the form. There are several other fields which are though not present in the xml but is calculated from the values that are exported from the xml. For last few days I am scratching my head . Can anybody please tell me how to use XSLT transformation to transform the out going data from the form ?
