How to allow entering data, insert files, & save form

I have a form created in ES 8.2. I want to allow end user to fill in fields, insert and/or attach files (ie Word & PDF), print, and save form.  I can save the form to allow fill in, print & save, but this takes away ablility to insert/attach files if in Adobe Reader.  How can I it all?  Thank you.
