How may I print to the l/r edges of the page?

No matter what I do, my form prints with a 1" left and right margin, wasting considerable real estate I could use. I have dragged the master page content area to the edges, set all margins to 0 but nothing (yet) seems to help.

This may be an artifact of my printer but it happens no matter what printer I use and with others using other printers on other systems.

This was a problem with printer setup
