How do you write an if statement for Gst?

This is a formula I use in excel but I dont know how to write it in Adobe lifecycle.

=IF(E15="Y",D15/1.15,E15)

I have three columns 1st field called Amount (E15), 2nd field called GST (Y/N) and the 3rd cell called Ex GST (D15).  if an invoice includes gst then the user enters Y in the 2nd field.  This calculation should then take the Amount field and divide 1.15 from GST field.   If the invoice has no gst then enter N and the fomula should do nothing.

Do I use language formcalculate and Calculate*?  I'm new at this - can anyone help please.  I hope this makes sense?
