I am trying to convert our current appraisal form from a word document to a pdf fill-in form using LiveCycle ES4. I have 11 sections, all with the same rating scale of 1 through 5. I've set up radio buttons for each category and attached the appropriate value to each button. On my total page, I have a numeric field that I'm trying to eaither get a total count of radio button selected or a total of the values assigned for each rating selected from the 11 categories over 3 pages. Any suggestions?
Is there a place to find examples of how you'd have to key in the formulas needed for a calc field? Or is there a shortcut to click on the necessary field to add to the calculation?
