Have fields auto tab to the next field when the limited characters have been reached

I would like the form to auto tab to the next box after entering the limit of charactors (1).  I do not see how to attach my form so that

you can see my script, which does NOT work.  Will you please send me a script for this action.

I have tried using the script that you had helped me with several months back, but is not working in my new version. I checked my hierarchy and tabbing order. Would you please take a look at the script and let me know what you see? I have attached my form, and have only entered the script for the first 3 blocks (dept code)
