Form Guide, Field validation

Hello All,

I have a form guide with some required fields.  In the Guide Properties, the 'When To Validate" is set to "On Submit" and the "Where to Submit From" is set to 'Guide".

However, I get a validation error when moving from panel to panel, as if the above settings have no effect.

Can someone please 'guide' me to the solution to the problem with this guide?
