I used the Email Submit Button on a couple of forms but it is not working. It creates an email, but the attachment is in .xml format. If I change it to Submit As: PDF, it does not create any email at all. I would like it to create an email with an attachment in pdf format that keeps all the user entered data. Impossible?

If the form is opened in Reader but has not been Reader Enabled, then it can only be submitted as XML.

I'd suggest using the HTTP submit button instead of the Email Submit button. You can then select to submit the attachment as a PDF and in the submit to URL field you enter your email address 'mailto:email@email.com.au?'
After saving the form you will then have to open in Adobe Acrobat > File > Save As > Reader Extended PDF > Enable Additional Features.
Hope this helps!
