Dynamic Form created...information just disappears at the bottom of the page?

We have been asked to change 2 forms using Adobe LifeCycle designer. Right now the forms and text fields are a fixed size. When the customer enters information into the text fields that is larger than the size of the text field, a vertical scroll bar will appear that will allow the user to scroll up and down to view the information. This works fine when the user is viewing the information in a digital format. However, when the form is printed out, much of the information is not viewable. We have been able to create a dynamic form so the text fields expand as needed. The problem is information just disappears at the bottom of the page rather than go onto another page. The form needs to be able to expand onto multiple pages when necessary.

Any help would be appreciated.

To be able to flow across pages the root subform (probably Page1) must be set to flowed and not positioned. But if you set it to flowed all child nodes will be left justifed and placed top to bottom. So before you change the setting make sure that you group together sections of the form that need to stay

together in a positioned subform that will be the width of the page. Once that is done then set the Page1 subform to flowed and try it. There is a good example of this structure in the samples that designer ships with. Have a look at the dynamic interactive purchase order.

Hope that helps

Thank you.

I forwarded your repsonse off to the team and I'll let you know if this helped. From what I read (and remember)...I believe this is the way forward.

Have a great day!
