Drop-down selection fills in text box

I've tried to research this in the forums, but the only solution posted didn't really help.

I have a dropdown list with my company's worldwide locations.  When the user selects a location, I need the address to populate an adjacent text box, then I need the contact info to populate another text box.  I can combine those into 1 text box if needed, but as the contact people overseas change quite frequently I thought it would be easier to maintain if they were separate entities.

I understand the basics of javascript and how to use it on a webpage, I am at a loss on using it in livecycle. Where do I "store" the address and contact info?  Can I put it in a spreadsheet and connect it to my form somehow?  I am quite frustrated as this should be a very easy thing to accomplish.

Thanks,

Cory
