Don't have to usual tools option

Hi All,

Could someone help please.  I can't seem to get the standard tools options.  All it gives is export, create, edit etc on the right hand side.  Along the same note, I can't find the quick tool icon either.

Could someone advise where I can add this onto my acrobat reader.  I need to extract pages from a PDF document but I don't get this option anywhere.
