Everything seems to work fine when I distribute a form in acrobat, but I need to distribute this one with other attachments, so I can't use acrobat. I can save the distribution file and send it out as an attachment, but when I try to collect the responses I don't receive any confimation e-mail that my form has been submitted and it doesn't collect in the "response" PDF file.
What am I doing wrong here?
