Digital Sign Forms Submit to Email



Do any video tutorials exist that explain VERY SIMPLY how to create a form in LiveCycle that can be completed by the general public with the latest free version of Adobe Acrobat ??  Need the form to require digital signature and then can be submitted via email to a Onedrive account.  With HIPAA compliance ramping up for 2016-17, seems like Adobe would explain how traditional forms can be submitted via email with a digital signature.  The folks on the other end of 800-642-3623 don't have a clue.  Any help surely would be appreciated.
