Creating multiple pages of a 2nd page

I have created a 2 page form in Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0.  The second page I need to be able to have it "Spawn" if the user needs to have more than 1 page of the second page.  I know that Adobe LiveCycle Designer 8.0 does not allow 'spawning' but I understand there is another method for recreating the second page.  Does anyone know how to do this?

The form must be saved as a dynamic PDF .....the command to create a new page woudl

be:

Name of the Page.instanceManager.addInstance(1)
