Create a form Preliminary screen

Hello,

I want to show the user a preliminary instructions screen/page before he is see my form.

I want to make sure that the user see/read the pre-instructions screen/page.

How can I make such test in my form?

You could have the rest of your form hidden in docReady and then put a button/radio buttons at the end of your instruction page which the user clicks to make the rest of the form visible.
