'Cannot save this PDF' message

We have created registration for our company by using LiveCycle designer ES2.

Some of our clients (but not all) inform that they receive message below:

Can you help me sort out the problem?

I used Adove Reader XI to open this file.

When users try to save the form in Adobe Reader, they will get this message. Reader can't save the form unless Reader Extensions rights are applied to the pdf. Reader Extension Rights can be appplied through LiveCycle server.

You will not see this message while saving the form through acrobat. This would be the reason why other users do not get this message.

Or if you do not have Livecycle Server and do you have Acrobat Pro you can extend Rights to Reader as well. I know that I have my Livecycle bundled with Acrobat and if you open the Livecycle form in Acrobat, go to File, Save As Other, Reader Extended PDF and then choose what option you prefer. This is what I do.

You can use LiveCycle or Acrobat to reader extend your PDF file but I would like you to go through this blog to understand licensing of reader extensions and you can use LiveCycle or Acrobat accordingly.
