I created a form in Word then imported it into ES2. It works great in Acrobat X Pro, but it will not open in Reader 8 or Reader X. I enabled it as a Reader Extended PDF, and I tried saving it with several different settings, including these and other combinations:
The errors I get when I try to open it in Reader X are below (in order--before the doc "opens" and then what "opens." (I'm not using any Korean fonts that I know of.)
My boss is trying to open it in Reader 8 (when I send him the Reader 8 compatible version), and he is getting the following error:
Any help is appreciated. We have clients who are waiting for this form!
LCD orignal form: http://www.farrelldoc.com/_extras/Third%20Party%20Product%20Naming%20Request%20Form-9-Nov-11.pdf
Reader extended PDF: http://www.farrelldoc.com/_extras/Third%20Party%20Product%20Naming%20Request%20Form%2011%208%2011.pd...
Thanks,
Karen
P.S. The forms above online seem to open for me in Reader (though I'm not 100% sure which version of Acrobat my browser is using--Pro or Reader), but when I save a copy to my computer, they will not open in Reader.

Thank you for your reply! I looked at this link, and that would have to be installed by each user of the document. I really need a solution to fix the form so users don't have to do anything except fill out the form, but I appreciate the reply!
