Button script to open attachment pane and attach document

Is there a button click script that will open the attachment pane and pop-up the browse window to select a document to attach?

Hi Don,

Not really, however you can script a dropdown with the files that are attached to the form. This can then be used to allow the user to access the attachments.

There is an example here that sows an attachment and a file that is hosted online. http://assure.ly/vRyoeQ.

You can do a bit more with script, like populating a listbox with the attached files. Do a search for Paul Guerette's example on this forum.

I found a script that will attach the document but not one that will also open the pane so the user can see that the document is actually attached.
