I am trying to upgrade to Adobe LiveCycle designer. I am a perpetual user and have Adobe CC license. Can any one help me?

Apparently, Adobe have confirmed that they no longer have Livecycle but you can do any changes to existing files using the software Indesign..... so that is what I am going to try now!
