A few quick questions...

1) Is the data between the client and the server encrypted? (I think FMS could use SSL to encrypt the communication)

2) Does the flashplayer still use h.263 to transmit video? WebCamera.as uses On2ParametersDescriptor, which sort of implies that the On2 codec is being used but I haven't seen any news about that.

Hi there,

1) Yup, it's all at least SSL'd.

2) It is indeed still using the old codec. I was actually doing some API

reviews recently and noticed the same reference to On2ParametersDescriptor

in the WebCam, which is totally confusing. It's been stricken from the API

for the next drop.
