WEB-INF best practices

Hi, I am a relative newbie to developing web apps using a
J2EE server technologies, however, I have many years of experience
with coldfusion.

I am a bit puzzled about the WEB-INF/flex folder. Should each
flex app I create have it's own? Or should I just use one common
folder for each server. I am using Tomcat and I installed flex.war
in c:/tomcat/webapps. It deployed the flex/WEB-INF/flex folder.
Currently this is the one I use to manage services-config.xml,
data-management-config, etc. for all my apps.

Will using a common folder for all my apps impact creating
separate wars later?

What are the best practices regarding this?

Any advice would be appreciated.

In order to create separate wars later you'd just need to
separate out the destinations and channels that each require. Not a
big deal.
