Hi all,

I am wondering how it can be possible to create a process that leverage the Process Management (showing different forms to users - with interoperability) without using the Forms service (or either of the services under the Forms QPAC).

It this at all possible?

Sincerely

Kim

I though you where doing that already.

You only need the Forms service if you want to create the PDF from an XDP. If you already have a PDF you don't need Forms.

Yes I have tried this, but normally I have used the xdp files.

Can you say something on pros and cons for using eather f the two approaches?

I ask because one of our customers do not want to buy the Forms license and then I would like to now what this implies for them.

Thanks in advance

Sincerely

Kim
