I have a form that I created in Live Cycle Designer. I am trying to add pages to this existing document and when I do this the option to insert a new page is grayed out and not an option. I tried to do the same in Acrobat after removing all the security and the only option available is the Extract Pages once again the Insert Page option is grayed out. Can someone please provide any suggestions.
