Text printing problems

I created a form and saved it as a pdf. When I open the pdf and print it, any word that has the characters "fi" have the "fi" replaced with an upside down question mark and a box character.



Any ideas why or how to stop this?

Can you check your locale setting? If it match 'English' do send me a copy to chandra.nimmagadda@lawson.com I will try to take a look.
