Set each table row as a new entry in the dataset?

I am trying to create a form that will be used by employees for maintenance requests. The headings in the table are Area, Priority, Description, Date, etc. I want each row to be an entry in the dataset. Is that possible?

Yes ..... have a look at the Purchase Order Dynamic sample. The sample can be found in this directory off of the Designer install directory.

Nope that isn't what I want. In the PO example the dataset has 6 different columns for item, description etc. I want all the entries in a table column to appear in the same column of the dataset.
