Save read-only copy of filled-out form

I recently upgraded to Adobe Acrobat 8 Pro from 7 Pro. I'm running in a peer-to-peer environment under XP Pro SP3.

With Acrobat 7 Pro, I'd created an invoice form for my business. After filling out the form, I'd print it to "Adobe PDF" (or PDFCreator) to create a read-only version which I sent to clients and stored for accounting purposes. (I use no paper.)

Now that I have Acrobat 8 Pro, is there any way I can use its improved rights management features to save a read-only version of the filled-out form *without* printing?
