Save PDF form without Fast Web View (linearized)?

Is it possible to configure Live Cycle Designer to NOT save a static PDF form as linearized PDF?

PDF forms are not linearized. The entire form must be downloaded before the user can start filling (due to inter field and page dependancies - for calculations and such).
