"formula" to reference text fields

I have a form with the applicants name in a text input field at the top. I need that to transfer to the bottom of the form, 5 pages later. What "formula do I use in my script editor?

Copy the field from the 1st page to the 5th - keep the name the same.

On the Object palette, Binding tab set the Default Binding to Global.

Answer OK to the Prompt and save the form. Done
