Problem connecting to LCCS Servers

Morning,

We are unable to connect to any of the LCCS servers this morning, either through our custom .swf file or through the LCCS Room Console.  Does anyone have any idea what is going on?

We are experiencing similar problems.  Cannot enter room from room console.

Hi,

Thanks for the posts.

The team is actively working on solving a problem with our Production environment (it looks like its related to our FMS servers - we will know more shortly).

We will update the forums in a few when everything is back to normal. We are hoping to have this resolved in the next half hour.

Servers are back up. Service is back to normal.

We are really sorry for the inconvenience.

Any followup on what happened / what we can expect  and when ?

Were the new features completely rolled back? Looks like our recordings are still working.
