I hope this is an easy fix, I just don't know how to do it.
I'd like to have the "print button" on my screen for easy access printing, but I don't want the button to actually show up when it prints. Any idea how to make that possible?
In the designer, highlight the print button. On the Object palette locate the presence dropdown (near the bottom of the palette). Change the pressence to "Visible (Screen Only)".
