We recently started receiving the error that our quota had been reached on our paid account. I when into the Developer Portal and saw that our account now says it is a free one again. I tried calling support but have been transfered (literally) 6 times and no one seems to be able to help me. My case number is 207218997 if that is any help. Any help at all would be very appreciated.

also, any information of what your original quota was and maybe the last email you got for the last bill would be useful.
