Need a Livecycle expert

I am in the process of developing a dynamic livecycle document and am realizing that my time is short. Is anyone available in the SF Bay Area for hire? The project is interesting and can be either short or long term.

I have a document with drop downs that, based on the selection, would alter the options on the other drop downs, also I am hoping to make the text boxes expand (actually box and text enlarges) when selected to make a larger area so that it is easier to read then go back to normal size when clicked off. I would also like to make the document ready for collaboration so that people can fill in different parts of the same document.
